Process description: Client Services LMN team is responsible for working on daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports based on plan requirement ; working on quarterly statements, disclosures, annual notices along with ordering weekly and monthly letters in storefront for client services team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ordering, verifying/validating interim disclosures on EASY
• Review and approval of quarterly statements
• Ordering annual notices on EASY
• Working on plan specific reports for clients and submitting SRs
• Experience in the US retirement industry is preferable.
• Must be a good communicator, both written and oral
• Must be able to multi-task and have strong basic computer skills
• Should be a quick learner and a strong decision maker
• Ability to pay close attention to details and ensure accuracy of data
• Should be flexible to work in shifts (day and night) as per the business need
Graduation is a must (Fulltime)
