  • Position Highlights

    This role will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the operations of an organization. The responsibilities include ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of processes under supervision and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. This role will also be a single point of contact for all operational issues associated with processes operating during US hours.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Knowledge of IRS Code and regulations as they apply to defined contribution plans
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Monitoring and providing feedback on day-to-day performance
    • Drive recruitment process and training & development
    • Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness
    • Monitor performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
    • Supervise and motivate team to work collectively and efficiently
    • Coordinate with multiple parties to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met
    • Timely and accurate reporting and analysis of key levers of Business on periodical basis (Bimonthly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and annually)
    • Closely coordinate with cross functional team in the process of setting long term planning and analysis (Quarterly Forecasts)
    • Must possess proven project management skills including but not limited to excellent planning, time management, decision-making, presentation and organization skills
    • Very good presentation skills (preparation).

    Qualifications

    • 8-10 years of experience Transaction Processing 401(K) defined contribution retirement is a must
    • 5 years of experience in Money out/Withdrawal experience is a must
    • Graduate or a Master's Degree in any discipline
    • Good command in English, both written & verbal
    • Business correspondence writing skill is an added advantage

     

    • Strong control mindset with an aptitude to identify & assess operational risk issues
    • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and be able to face Senior Management personnel with confidence and determination
    • Should be a self-starter and carry a proactive & positive approach

    • Be able to induce positive partnership
    • Ability to multi-task and capable of delivering on multiple priorities
    • Able to grasp/learn new concepts, policies and procedures quickly
    • Ability to work under pressure and make accurate decisions in stressful situations
    • Possess good analytical skill
    • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
    6:30 PM – 3:30 PM IST- Need to be flexible with the shifts
