    RPA Scripter is expected to take ownership of full automation scripting & deliver the expected solution on time & quality. Excellent analytical skills & knowledge of coding principles & broad knowledge of RPA technologies.

    3+ Yrs of RPA Scripter Role experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blueprism

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Drive the adoption of best practices around scripting, design, quality, performance in the team
    • Exposure to a wide variety of technology problems and their solutions
    • Lead in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
    • Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent applicable work experience
    • Strong programming and OOP basics in .NET
    • Basics of .NET (C#) and .NET framework application development
    • Basics of a scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
    • Proven experience with programming - VB,VBA, C#, .Net.
    • Experience in process driven development methodology
    • Experience in End to End lifecycle in Bot configuration with AA, UiPath, Blueprism
    • Experience in code migration, integration with 3rd party or external code
    • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences. Some experience of with working with board level stakeholders
    • Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
    • Results oriented with ability to produce products that deliver organizational benefit
    • Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude


    • BS in Computer Science or a minimum of 3 years experience in the field is required
